We consistently hear people complain that they had their floor coated and within a year it was peeling up. Although there are many reasons why floors fail the main reasons are due to improper floor preparation, inferior chemicals and of course lack of experience.

 

Here at Concepts in Concrete, we have been installing epoxy floor systems for over 20 years. We install over 300 floors a year. We use only the highest quality, industrial grade epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurea available. Out team is continuously being educated on the best practices and techniques and we wont even consider using a new product in until its been installed in the field and tested for over a year.

There is a difference in grades and levels of Epoxies and Polyaspartic. Our floors do not come up because we use industrial grade 100% solids epoxy and industrial grade Polyaspartic/polyureas.

 

In addition, we diamond grind every floor with a large walk behind grinder hooked up to a high power dust collection system. If someone tells you that they are going to acid etch the concrete or even worse not prep it because its new then save your money because that floor will fail.

 

Our floors are typically installed in 1 - 2 days!
